She began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant and later advanced to become a Licensed Practical Nurse, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in both hospital and home care settings. After years of working in home health, Carlota took a bold step forward by establishing her own non-medical home care services. Drawing on her cultural background and personal experiences, she is devoted to helping older adults maintain their independence and continue living at home as they age.
